We provide a unique range of Jaboticaba and Grape wines, jams and relishes, and ice creams, mainly made locally. Cellar door sales, tasting, timber bench chairs under shade, and buses catered for. Native bush food, and exotic fruit trees positioned in a parkland. Jaboticaba, Finger limes and avocado orchard on red soil country.
History of the Isis Winery
At its Beginnings
12 years ago Bill & June Brown, started growing Jaboticaba fruit trees for the fresh food market, unfortunately, the fruit did not have a very good good shelf life and this led us to try winemaking with them. The wine was a huge success and as a result, the winery was built to provide the Tawny and Liquor fruit wine that is available today.
Fruit /Trees Jaboticaba
These dark red skinned berries with a white grape like pulp are Native descendents of Brazil. Jaboticaba are a slow grown evergreen bushy tree. Grown with care to watering & fertilizing at right times of the year can produce 2 to 3 crops per year in this area.
Flowering and fruiting are on the bark of the trunk of this unusual tree

Enjoy the taste of Queensland’s own Jaboticaba Tawny and Liquor pure wine.
White and Red wines dry/sweet of our own blend.
Mainly made Locally Jams and relishes, “Gourmet King” is our exotic bush food jam.
Things to do
Walk in our native Bush food & Subtropical and Tropical tree gardens; Relax and have refreshment on our natural timber tables and chairs in our friendly atmosphere.

Future Plans
We intend to expand to other variations Jaboticaba wines and fruit wines.
More planting of various baring fruit trees, plant nursery, outside seating and children’s play area.
